She is so wonderful and caring; she didn’t make me feel bad for my silly decisions or choice of piercing company I used for the original hole punch, and that meant a lot for trust. I really appreciate the time Brynn took to “diagnose” the issue and give me advice on how to care for it better. The change in jewellery was painless, and her explanation of metal quality, and the processes they use to make it body safe, helped me pick the right jewellery for healing. Brynn was wonderful with my 13-year old daughter. The kid was pretty nervous and needed a break and some deep breathing between getting her ears pierced. The appointment wasn't rushed and she was really well taken care of. The placement is perfect and aftercare instructions and support excellent. Highly recommended!
