I walked in with hopes to see a piercer for advice on my poorly healing conch, and I was lucky enough to book with Brynn. She is so wonderful and caring; she didn’t make me feel bad for my silly decisions or choice of piercing company I used for the original hole punch, and that meant a lot for trust. I really appreciate the time Brynn took to “diagnose” the issue and give me advice on how to care for it better. The change in jewellery was painless, and her explanation of metal quality, and the processes they use to make it body safe, helped me pick the right jewellery for healing. I feel safe with Brynn and I’m so thankful for her!
